The complex consistsof four residential towers that incorporate commercial floors at their base. Atthe center of the complex is a large 14-dunam park that spans a heightdifference of about nine meters and provides views towards the Shomronmountains. The park is composed of two main parts: a terrace garden in itsupper part, that includes an observation plaza on AlFassiya Street, and anurban plaza in its lower part adjacent to the commercial facades. The plazafeatures seating areas, playground facilities, and afountain at its center. In one of the lawns an element for rainwater retention was embedded, first of its kind in the country, with acapacity of 1000 cubic meters.
