A residential neighborhood spanning about 236 dunams which facilitates 1,320 housing units ,mostly in high-riseconstruction , and some in detached dwelling construction , as well as public institutions and approximately 30 dunams of open space. The neighborhood is bisected from east to west by Carmei Gat Boulevard and is adjacent to Lachish Boulevard to the east. Gat Boulevard is accompanied by a linear park with green areas, paths, shade-providing structures and fitness zones. The other streets in the neighborhood are local and as quiet as possible. Their labeling as "pedestrian crossing" does not encourage passing traffic. In the southern compound, there is a park with playground facilities for children and toddlers surrounded by high-rise  residential buildings under construction and adjacent to the children's kindergartens. In the northern compound of the neighborhood, there is a central park adjacent to the elementary school. The main entrance to the school is through the park. A linear system of green crossings for pedestrians connects the neighborhood to the urban park to the northwest and to the adjacent neighborhoods. The architects of the city-plan: Thomas M.
