Amixed residential and commercial complex is under construction in the town ofCaesarea. The project is located in a development area adjacent to residentialareas and seeks to create a different alternative: denser but of higher qualityin terms of location and convenience for residents.

The main façade is commercial and faces the mainRothschild street. This façade continues with a nearby sports and commercecomplex. The complex bridges a height gap of four meters between the mainfaçade and the lower street. In the heart of the complex, there is a closedinner street exclusively for residents in the shape of a funnel that serves asa meeting and resting place. The street is built on the roof of an undergroundparking lot, and plant beds along its edges are planned on a disconnectedsurface. Trees are planted in elevated beds surrounded by seating walls. Thebuilding's architects are from the Schwartz-Besensof office.
