The projectproposes to construct the municipality building in the center of the city ofRa'anana, integrated with commercial areas. The buildings will be enveloped byan urban plaza that faces Ahuza Street. The planning area is located in a"wasted" area in the heart of the city that currently serves ashigh-level parking lot. Under the complex, a public underground parking lot isproposed for the benefit of visitors to the municipality and the street.

A central emphasiswas placed on blurring the boundaries between the building and the exteriorspaces. This idea expresses the relationship between the municipality and theresidents of Ra'anana. The architects of the building: Livay DvorinskyArchitects
