Aredevelopment plan has been proposed for the upper and lower areas serving anexisting commercial center in Caesarea on Rothschild main street. The centerincludes a country club with activity rooms and a pool, a bank, a supermarket,and a café.

Theaim of the upper expansion plan was to achieve several goals: define anentrance for visitors to the country club, create a buffer zone from theparking lot to the area of the expansion, create a space adjacent to the cafétables, preserve existing olive and pine trees and integrate them into thedesign. By using ponds, we have defined an access to the country club, lawnsand trees have created the buffer zone and various types of paving have createdzoning for secondary activities in the square.

The lower square plan aimed to make use of a confined area betweenbuildings with problematic accessibility and plant density. We have installed awooden deck at the exit of the building, created a space with
