Neighborhood3 was established in the 1980s and is characterized by a detached dwellingconstruction. The neighborhood is located on Rothschild Boulevard's mainstreet, eastward, adjacent to the Aqueduct Beach to the west. The open spacesystem was partially developed over the years.

The project had delt with implementing the potentialof the open space system in the neighborhood, with an emphasis on its proximityto the sea and the old eucalyptus groves surrounding it from the north andsouth. The open space system allows for a beautiful deployment of flat pedestrianand bicycle paths.

Apedestrian and cyclists lane leading to the sea was paved Between neighborhood3 and the Horesh neighborhood. At the entrance to the lane from RothschildStreet, a sports park was established adjacent to the tennis club, whichincludes sports fields and a pump track. The path winds carefully through oldeucalyptus trees.

Rothschild Boulevard was widened, and a bike lane waslaid along its length while preserving the existing carob trees and the path's curvatureas needed.

Two roundabouts were redesigned, with a roundamphitheater like structure built in the middle of the first and an"Hipodrome" in the second. An internal garden was developed in theneighborhood center. The fact that it is located lower topographically than itssurroundings necessitated the creation of a retention basin in the lawn area tosolve the drainage problem.
